New Buildings
A new building provides unlimited opportunity to create something amazing – like a blank sheet of paper.
We deliver an excellent service to our clients who range from Government, large corporations, creative media organisations, developers, to the private individual.
Retrofit
Our built heritage provides joy, well built examples should be preserved and reused where possible. Accredited as a Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator under PAS 2035, we are uniquely able to take on the RETROFIT DESIGNER role, on complex projects which needs suitable expertise to implement.
To re-purpose giving 21st century features whilst keeping the original intent is a challenge we relish. We are commissioned to renovate the common parts of a late 1960’s Brutalist estate in Central London. Existing photo and proposed CGI” Lighting design by Studio ZNA.

Masterplanning
The masterplanning process includes clarifying the clients vision and identifying potential for development, maximising the available features. In this Oman project (in conjunction with our partners in the area) we worked up layouts concurrently with a financial analysis of the potential of a variety of uses for this [100 hectare] site in Muscat – close to the International airport. The convention centre anchor was selected as there was a national need for the function. The additional mixed uses creates sustainable communities. This is the original masterplan for the Oman Convention Centre.

Technical
We offer full BIM Level 2. Based on the Revit platform we create drawings and technical information to be fully coordinated with the design and contracting team. This process streamlines procurement and minimises waste. The BIM model is passed to the building operator to allow for effective facilities management. The illustrated image is from Green Street mixed use development.

Collaboration
We are passionate about integrating art into public spaces, to enhance the architecture and environment, and promote moments of joy and inspiration. Paul instigated and ran the major art programme at the BBC, running concurrently with the White City Media Village development project. Working with Art Office we located opportunities for intervention, and managed the selection and implementation process throughout. Key Outcomes: The result of the permanent artwork is to transform, uplift and give meaning to the spaces. The temporary projects are a vital tool in linking out to the local community.
